📜 Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Curry & Corporate (operated by Harishankar Sharma), including the use of our website, mobile interface, subscription services (3CP, 5CP, 8CP), and payment processing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Meal Subscription and Ordering
Service Model: We provide scheduled daily meal subscription services (Monday-Friday) to corporate and residential clients within our defined delivery areas (Bangalore Pincodes: 560001, 560002, etc. check eligibility on checkout page).
Payment: All meal subscriptions must be paid for in advance (weekly or monthly) to activate and secure service. Services will not commence until full payment is received.
Order Changes (WhatsApp Voting): Where applicable, daily meal customization or voting via our designated WhatsApp channel must adhere to the daily cut-off time ([ 9:00 AM IST]). Changes requested after the cut-off may not be guaranteed.
Dietary Needs: Customers are responsible for notifying Curry & Corporate of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions during the subscription process. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of our cloud kitchen operations.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Billing Errors: In case of a billing error, Curry & Corporate reserves the right to correct the error and notify the customer of the correct amount due.
Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for errors or security issues originating from the payment gateway itself.
4. Delivery and Service Liability
Delivery Timeframe: We commit to delivering meals within the standard window of 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM IST on service days. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or civil unrest.
Recipient Responsibility: The customer must ensure an authorized person is available to accept the delivery during the specified window. We are not liable for spoilage or quality issues resulting from meals not being retrieved promptly upon delivery.
Incorrect Address: The customer bears full responsibility for providing accurate and complete delivery address details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information.
Delivery Zone: Service is strictly limited to the Pincodes listed in our Delivery Policy. Orders placed outside this zone may be cancelled and refunded (minus any applicable transaction fees).
5. Pauses, Cancellations, and Refunds
Policy Reference: All terms regarding subscription pauses, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Refund Policy.
Pauses: Pauses require advance notice (as per the Refund Policy) and result in credit applied to the subscription duration, not a cash refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, trademarks (“Curry & Corporate”), website design, and proprietary Zero-Slump Nutrition meal planning concepts are the property of [Curry & Corporate] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content, including menus and images, is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
8. Changes to Terms
Curry & Corporate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
