1. Delivery Area & Service Days

M.G. Road/Brigade Road area
Richmond Town
Koramangala (partial coverage)
Indiranagar (partial coverage)
Many surrounding commercial and residential areas

Delivery Days: Daily meal services (3CP, 5CP, 8CP) are delivered Monday through Friday (Excluding Public Holidays). Corporate Catering can be scheduled for weekends upon special request.
Holidays: Delivery is suspended on all official Indian Public Holidays. Subscribers will be notified in advance regarding scheduled service days.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Scheduling

Standard Lunch Delivery Window: Our standard delivery time for daily meal subscriptions is between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM (IST). This ensures your meal arrives fresh and on time for the corporate lunch break.
Delivery Confirmation: Delivery tracking and estimated time of arrival will be communicated via call or WhatsApp upon dispatch from our cloud kitchen.
Recipient Responsibility: The recipient (or designated office representative/security staff) must be available at the specified delivery address to accept the meal during the defined window.

3. Order Cut-Off and Preparation

Subscription Enrollment: Weekly or monthly meal subscriptions (3CP, 5CP, 8CP) must be finalized and paid for by [12:00 AM IST] on the Friday prior to the start of the service week.
Daily Menu Cut-Off (If Applicable): For subscribers using the WhatsApp voting system, meal choices must be submitted by [ 10:00 AM] on the day of delivery. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed or may be provided with the default chef’s choice.
Freshness: All meals are prepared and packaged on the day of delivery in our specialized cloud kitchen.

4. Packaging and Handling

Eco-Friendly Commitment: All meals are securely packaged in 100% biodegradable, disposable packaging to ensure freshness, safety, and a minimal environmental footprint.
Handling: Meals are transported in temperature-controlled carriers to maintain food safety until they reach your location.

5. Failed Delivery Policy

Incorrect Address: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued for that meal.
No Recipient: If the delivery address is inaccessible or no authorized person is available to accept the delivery during the 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM window, the meal will be returned to the kitchen, and no refund will be issued.
To prevent failed deliveries, please ensure your specific office/building access instructions are noted clearly in your account profile.

6. Changes and Cancellations (for Subscribers)

Pausing Subscriptions: If you need to pause your meal subscription due to holidays or travel, notice must be given by [9:00 AM] on the day prior to the requested pause date. Unused days will be credited to the end of your subscription cycle.
